I know we question McVay at times with his playing calling but………

Rewatching the first half of last night and the technicality of some of his play are just in a league of their own. Example………

Parkinson screen on 3rd TD. He is sent in motion and has a first priority of making a block on outside ...

Forbes has improved from THE WORST CB in the league per PFF (111th) to 25th. At his current improvement rate he will be top 10 in PFF in 2-3 games. Regardless if you like PFF or not the improvement is obvious and I am very happy for the guy. Coaching is as important as talent.

Finally L.A. is catching on that this Rams team is something special. The team deserves full-throated support and to finally, finally have Sofi morph into a real home-field advantage. Hopefully it is truly 'Rams House' throughout the remainder of the season. I got a feeling...!

Shula had no answers. He is slow to make adjustments. He did not have the D ready to play today...we were getting gashed all day. The 3rd quarter was pathetic.

This is dead on accurate. Run D we employ is small by NFL standards and cannot stop down hill run heavy teams. Seattle played this way and gashed us on the ground and kept our O in the sideline. I was at the game yesterday and these are the things I witnessed yesterday, and many of them are very confusing and disturbing:

I sat in section 113 Row 1, so I was directly at the 40 yardline behind the Rams bench. So close, I could hear the coaches talking to the players.

I am very worried about Detroit, Rams are not great at TFLs on running plays and that's what you need against the team like Detroit who plays a lot of fourth down offense. You can't get a team in third in long if you let up 3 1/2 yards per carry with no TFL's. It's not that the Rams run defense is ...

Bottomline... we win the next two weeks, imo, we can take first in NFC and secure home field through out.... I am NOT looking past the Falcons or Cards, but the next two weeks is our season. I mean, imo, playoffs start this Sunday afternoon in a way.

It is why this should be a fan base that wants Stafford to play as long as he wants to and should not get in a uproar if he tries to get more $$$$ out of this team……………

We play who we play... and whoever that is, we earned that spot.

So if we want a first week bye, and home field through out... we have to earn that. Or if we fall to second or third, then we earned there as well.

Yes it has to be 2027 and here is my view on what needs to happen:

We need to plan ahead by shifting a 1st to next year
We need a cheaper option at number 2 QB in 2027 (starting next year with Stetson)
We need to offload dead contracts: Havs, Higs, Tutu and maybe Adams
We need to plan ahead for ...

We currently have the a top 3 QB who is prob good for 2026. So this is just early. On another note- you mentioned QB friendly the Rams are. Goff is putting up better numbers than Staff- although close. We have a ring, so there's that. But I think it's pretty weird how good Goff is now. We drafted ...

Every week lately the last 6 games no sacks minor pressures. Lions multiple 3rd and longs and every time we are letting them out of it. Not one punt by the Lions in the first half.
