Sanders will do more in the NFL than Bennett will ever do...
Look it - Sanders completion % last year was 74%. Over 4,000 yards and 37 TD's. His lowest completion % was 66% his freshman season. He has the desire to be a star and he's going to put the work in IMO. We'll see how it pans out. I'm not saying he's the next coming of Brady. But I would of drafted him in round 5. The stats\plays he put up his 4 years are pretty impressive considering where he was playing. I would of loved to see him at Florida. He would of been a major upgrade over Richardson...
I could throw for 74% completion at Colorado. Yes, he had good college numbers but they do not always translate to pros. He could be good, he could never start an NFL game. I wouldn't bet the farm on Sanders quite yet. Everyone said Richardson would struggle in the pros due to his lack of experience. He could also get better. I agree I would probably put Sanders ceiling just above Richardson's ceiling...but his attitude will always drop him a few spots. Nobody wants that in their locker room.
As far as Sanders doing more than Bennett will ever do...possible. I don't think we have seen enough from either one yet. If we want to compare college pedigrees Bennett has two Natty's. Bennett is at least a winner and has fought through more than Sanders was given. (I don't think college pedigrees are valid at this point.) Happy to revisit this topic next year.
totally agree. He is accurate I agree with that and his OL was terrible. I think he is better prospect than AR. My issue with Sanders is his immaturity and the fact that his daddy isn't there to excuse all his nonsense. He will play this year and if the Browns start out 1-3 I think all 4 of these guys will play at some point. IMO Sanders doesn't have the maturity to be a pro and he will slip up this yr with his mouth or actions off the field.

Yep, Sanders O-line was likely the worst I've ever seen at that level of college two years ago. Not too hot last year as well.
He seems slightly undersized to me (that's just me/tough kid tho), and lots of talent, but yeah it's his head I would avoid at all costs.
Btw, I keep reading Gabriel is still ahead of him...

Hours after getting ejected from the Buccaneers’ final preseason game on Saturday for throwing a punch, rookie safety Shilo Sanders was waived by Tampa Bay.

This is what happens to kids when they grow up w a sense of entitlement.

I am amazed with the number of people defending him. Read some of the comments on different posts (not here).

Hahaha. A lot of people were saying he should be a starter after his 1st preseason game. Reality is probably somewhere in between. Let's hope this experience puts his ego in check. I have nothing against the guy, but I wouldn't want him on my team until he adjusts his attitude. (I am still not confident in his playing abilities either.)

with the trading of Pickett yesterday there is a 100% chance both Sanders and Gabriel will play this year. oh the drama is Cleveland is only starting and the season hasn't even started

"If you have two QBs, then you have none," This saying is especially true if you have THREE. They had competition all summer and nobody could set themselves apart. Might be a clown show all season.

The Texans picked up the cut Cam Akers, so the Rams will see him again in game 1.

Data points? What in the hell is their assistant GM even saying here? I know i've been burying the Browns lately, but this is just a joke of a football team.
We should do a poll, what organization is a bigger joke... The Browns or North Carolina Football?

Albert Breer said they probably are keeping 4 QB'S too. this franchise is a disaster
Not to mention they may have the #1 pick next year for a 5th QB.
I'm crossing my fingers they think Sanders or Gabriel is the guy and they pass on a QB next year and instead "build around him".
Btw, did you pick your bitch-ass Falcons in the pool? That was a tough game but I went with the Bucs.

I actually picked the Falcons. Primarily because it is home. I would have to see much improvement from them to pick them for a road game. Usually they lose when I pick them so that could turn out to be a good thing. lol

I don't think they "could be". They currently are the worst. (I can't think of anyone that is worse.)

I'm with H*R on this one....I actually think the Bucs are going to make some noise this year and the Falcons are going to play soft all the way to 5 wins on the season...hopefully

I'd take a 5 win season from the Falcons. That would put us around pick 7-10 based on last year.

In all honesty I would of liked to seen the Rams draft Sanders. We gave up a 4th next year and a 6th to move up to get Hamilton at 148. Sanders went 144. A trade for Sanders I would of liked compared to the Hamilton trade...
Hopefully Cleveland will put on the practice squad. He'd last about 1 minute but if he was there I'd drop Bennett and pick Sanders in a NY minute...
could not disagree with you more. Sure he is accurate for sure but Sanders is an immature clown. The QB has to be the leader on the team and no way in hell would I want him on the Rams. JMHO
Absolutely agree. Sanders would not even meet with teams picking after pick 10, And the guy goes in the 5th round. There's a reason for that. Bennett is a fighter, and a proven winner on the big stage. Dont need Sanders shenanigans in a McVay locker room. Let Sanders flash his wannabe swag somewhere else.

Legendary $
Sanders is a clown and I think it's hilarious he went to the worst franchise in the NFL. I thought Deion was smarter than that. He gave his son some horrible advice and guidance.

Well, they do have a "soft" coach. ;-)
Falcons have some talent but Pennix is a complete unknown factor. They won 7 games without a QB and terrible D. I expect them to be improved even with Pennix. Their defense should be improved too. (The one thing we have going for us is that Morris is still their coach.) It would not surprise me if Falcons win 8-9 games this year. They could possibly win the division since it is the worst division in football.

The good news out of this game is that Philly's defense seems vulnerable. Even with Jalen.. and especially their back 7.

Both teams look beatable; the Eagles have provided us a roadmap for stopping Barkley, I hope.
