The networks want to wait and see if this game will have any significance. If it is, they will make it a featured game in a prime time slot.

None of the games on the last week of the season have start times yet. My guess is they want to promote the remaining games that would still have playoff implications so they're waiting until they know that. Which would definitely be clear after week 17 (game 16) is complete.
