Picking up Jarquez Hunter in the 4th round, does that mean the experiment with Corum as Kyren's backup is done?

Hunter is a breakaway explosive back and a change of pace back for KW/Corum. Corum is KW direct backup and would get majority of the carries if KW was to get injured.
KW is also in the last year of his deal.

More like the are unsure of Rivers and yes, Williams is in his contract year.

My guess is Rivers is the 4th back, who gets deactivated every week, unless there is a injury.

Yep, what others said...Rivers is camp fodder.
It will take Hunter a while to adapt to NFL and blocking. Maybe this will light a fire under Corum. Competition is always good.

I think they are thinking ahead on this one. If KW wants a huge contract they may just tell him to go shopping. I'm not understanding why we keep drafting RB's under 6' and 230 lbs but I guess that's what they prefer. Plus Snead is an Auburn homer.

Rams just wanted to add a bit more speed to the backfield.

Exactly. Look at Detroit with their RB monster tandom. They always keep fresh legs in there, and one of them has homerun speed.

Yes but mostly early in his college career. Only KO's and not punts.
