Cross post.
Give this some thought. Terrance Ferguson's 40-yard dash time at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine was 4.63 seconds. Derion Kendrick ran a 4.79 at the combine. That is very concerning.

Got to agree with Glendora there has to be someone on that list that will cost a fraction of Ramsey and no draft capital and will be better than what we have.

As your article accurately says, we have good depth but no star at CB.
D. Williams
A. Witherspoon
K. Durant
E. Forbes
That's really not a bad group, especially if Wallace and Woods can make a jump in year 2. I love our safeties and since we added juice to our pass rush, our CB's won't have to carry the defense.
The problem with the Ramsey trade is draft comp and taking on his guaranteed contract. We traded away our 4th next year so we only have a 3rd and (two) 5ths. We might need that 3rd to package and trade up next year so I hope that's off the table. If we do take on Ramsey I hope it's after June 1st and only give up a 5th. Eating a bigger part of his salary will allow us to hang on to better draft capital. I don't love the Ramsey idea but I'd do it if we don't give away the farm.

I’m really looking forward to Ferguson. I bet he makes an immediate impact. Just a good dude on and off the field from everything read. Total Ram materiel.
In seasons past I felt like if he had a pretty good TE, it would help us immensely open up the field in so many ways. W the dink and dunks especially. Higs being hurt a lot and just above average imo, we couldn’t count on him much.
The 3rd and longs (which we were abysmal at, in fact almost worst in the league last year)… Ferguson is really going help us improve on this alone
