Glad we didn't get Ramsey saved 20m

We have a lot of money to help us down the line (currently 20m) when something comes up and we need it and if we don't need it by chance we have 20m more for FA next year.
What Pittsburg paid for Ramsey was stupid both in draft capital and his salary that deal is why I and most other Rams fans didn't want him. He is past his prime and still solid but nowhere near worth 26m. We all know we dodged a bullet.
Like I keep saying this team has this off-season and training camp to develop cohesion among the DB room Kendricks is back, Forbes has a full off-season plus to develop and Durant, Witherspoon and Williams plus backups will be way tighter than last year.

I 100% agree with you. He has always chased the money. He is still good but there are better options out there if we want to spend that kind of money. Plus we may need our draft capitol.

We'll get to draft our QB of the future next draft with Atlanta's pick as long as we don't waste capitol on, imo, rental prima donna's looking to be overpaid... for the 4th or 5th time.

No way the $ paid by Pittsburg is worth it maybe when we originally got him but not now 6 years later no way.
This is the first season I can remember when we are in potentially amazing position with 2 #1s a #2 next year plus currently 20m let's be really smart about our gold draft picks and the surplus of $ we have if played right could set us up for the next 5 years +

So glad as well. With that said, imo the rams will keep their options open and see who hits the market or is available via trade, while evaluating their current roster of dbs.
If dbs do become a issue mid season, Rams could trade a 3rd or a 4th if a upgrade becomes available via trade.
