This is essentially old news by now, but is this guy legit? Had a near perfect PFF rating of 94. I don't recall ever seeing someone that tall on an Oline, just absolutely win with strength, technique and determination? For you Oline aficianados out there, Is this sustainable?

I want to see him as a situational fullback.

OMG YES! With V8 at tail back.

Its a feel good story but can't see how he will keep DL hands down in pass situations to avoid deflections.. albeit it may be a problem only on a couple of plays a game... great run blocker though

Agreed.

Mcvay has to see this. The guy technique is flawless. The guy is a technician. He should be able to be used as a blocking FB, a blocking TE and Center.

Also- he was on the NC team that had that top 10 RB right? So he was a big part of that guy's stellar performance. He looks like a baller and def a keeper. He and Limmer could be interior future along with Avila.

Im just going to offer this here... When it comes to linemen.. See Aaron Donald and the lack of size plus the doubts that always comes with it. If the guy can play, he makes the team, period. And by the looks of it, he just might be better depth than they've ever had. Too early to say that he's better than the other two.. But I think he's making the team outright. No P.S.

Lampkin is intriguing. Hopefully we’ll see him earlier in the game this weekend.

I like him as a backup Center. I think he is too small to play OG. JMHO

Is this the first time in professional sports history that a team has had two Lampkins? Are Cam and Willie related?
