We definitely need the help at OL so would be great if we found a diamond in the rough. I just checked a couple of "projected 53" and Bowles was on the board. Can we say this is not a surprise player if he is on people's board already? ;-)
I am going to name someone that is not on the projections...and people actually hate...Derion Kendrick. I figured this post would at least get some noise. This does not mean I think he will make the team...but the question was who would be a surprise that actually has a chance. ;-)
Ooooooooo!!! GREAT CHOICE! Here I was all worried that I lost my favorite lesbian LB in Rozeboom.. Now I can have my favorite lesbian OL instead! An upgrade :( :o

Or a bear…
A bear is a person who identifies with bear culture, an LGBTQ subculture. Bears are typically gay or bisexual men with a large build and body hair; many are overweight, but some are muscular. In LGBTQ slang, the term bear is also used as a neutral descriptor for a large and hairy gay man, which can be compared with the term twink

Based on what I have read and seen that wouldn't be a bad choice. But i'm going to go with Dolac. He is all heart and always around the ball. We all know Reeder sucks so why not try out a younger guy who is hungry. I don't think he would make it to the practice squad.

Agree on Dolac. Reeder has had flashes of being a solid ILB. But we have seen enough at this point to know he misses a ton of tackles over a full season, and cannot cover anyone. New blood in Dolac. Would HATE to see him on another team right away.
I think he makes team just based on his frock. Replaces Roseboom.

I think Dolac makes the team easily. That why I picked Bowles.

5 ILB on 53? Who will get cut? Speights? Reeder? Paul? I think Dolac has played better than Paul thus far...but no way they cut him as a higher draft pick. Guys need to develop. But I think Dolac deserves the spot over Paul if gun to the head here. just hope they move Reeder out.
^This is in my all time top 5 movies EVER made. Seriously, it's one of those flics you can watch over and over again, and not get board. Great acting and even better story line.

Some people feel this movie also inspired the North Hollywood shootout.

Agreed! I wouldn't want the Rams to lose either Chris Paul, Jr. or Shane Dolac, either one might become a starter at ILB for our team at some point this season, at worst they're quality depth at a cheap NFL salary... :? ;) :geek:

Looking like Reeder is going to make the 53....I think he makes it to week 4 then cut to make room for 1 of the guys coming off the IL

I think there will be 2 new young guns in the secondary. I'm going with Cam Lampkin and Tanner Ingle. I actually thought Ingle would make it last year and he's been laying the wood this preseason. They like safeties to play like linebackers and Ingle certainly does.
If not them then at least one of AJ Green, Wallace, Woods.

Nailed it
One of the few times I got something right from the fan point of view. I was a bit surprised here, but it does show the Rams are willing to take best player and not the best DRAFTED player. Great for Dolac- excited to see him play. Hopefully Reeder is a stud ST player.
