The Rams have started the 2025 NFL season with a 3-2 record, and their secondary has been a glaring weakness that is small and lacks physicality. The Rams’ current cornerback group, including Cobie Durant, Darious Williams, and Emmanuel Forbes Jr., has been weak, particularly against big receivers. Denzel Ward - clear upgrade, Newsome would be cheaper but the goal is to upgrade and solve Ward helps this.

Anyone available is either a risk due to performance or overpriced re our available cap. Some are likely both. Don't see the Rams making a trade and if they do, almost guaranteed to be another Forbes type. We don't seem to have a lot of luck with DB's we trade for. Wonder what Eric W is up to these days???
