Why does Higbee get a pass each and every year with these drops? Is it because he such a great guy/teammate or because he is good blocker?

All true - it is possible his injuries are leading to what I call his inconsistent performance. He is breaking down & we get hung up on what he was not what he is now.

I never understood the love for Higbee. He'll make a great catch like the one hander yesterday and then follow it up with a series of drops on passes that hit him in his hands, usually drive killers. I don't think age or injuries have anything to do with it, he's always done this.

Higbee has made a mixture of good and bad plays this season, and he's probably the Rams best blocking TE, so I think we just roll with it for now.
yeah so much for Adams being done

Remember when everybody was saying that if not for Limmer we would have beaten the Eagles because Higbee was open on that 3rd down? Well I can totally imagine Higs dropping that ball miserably

Not disagreeing in Rams search for perfection. But as a counter, did you watch the Jags receivers? I have never, ok maybe not never, seen a worse performance by a wide receiver group. How many dropped balls were there that absolutely ended drives and killed momentum. I actually by second half began to feel sorry for Jags and Lawerence. I thought Lawerence did everything he could to keep Jags in game. I am so glad I am a Rams fan.
