Why did the line move so much, I didn't see anything major all week it was Rams laying - 3.5 up till yesterday. Usually lines move this much when a major event happens like a major injury update that was unexpected or a QB comes back like Lamar did last week.

Usually even when the public massively bet one team or other the line moves up to a point, definitely not 2.5. The money is on the Rams currently, but not a ton it was 62% prior to the huge change.

Anyone know why?

It's pointless. The line means nothing. Anything can happen. That's why they play the games.

The post is about why it is super odd. Maybe the pros knows something we don't.

It’s moving. The odds that are posted in the scoreboard on this forum are pulled dynamically.
The last time those odds were pulled was an hour ago.

Sportsbooks adjust lines to balance the amount of money wagered on each side. A large volume of bets from the public and "sharp" (professional) bettors on the Rams has forced the line to move in their favor. The Rams, who were previously underdogs in the season's earlier matchup, are now the favorites, with the spread potentially moving from an early look-ahead line of Rams -3.5 to the current -5.5 or -6 points.

We all get that but this libe moved 2.5 and also the money was on the Rams at -3.5 but not crazy just over 60% this doesn't justify moving the line maybe .5 but not 2.5.

Must be great new kicker and long snapper. :-)

It's now 5.5 Rams!
