Today is a great W ! Make no mistake ! But our pass rush is not there with Fiske and Verse well off last years play . It will matter big time vs better teams down the road.

Down the road is right now. Have you seen the schedule for the next several weeks?

It’s interesting. Ford and Davis are plugging up things, which had been needed badly. Too many running backs were having career days against the Rams. Not this year! But the Verse and Fiske sacks have fizzled. Young was on fire but not so much lately. It’s not all about sacks either.

Last year Verse destroyed Darnold. Wouldn’t it be amazing for that to happen again on Seattle? Maybe Seattle won’t expect as much from Verse and Fiske. That’s a big maybe, but it’s possible that last year’s Fiske and Verse bring it to Darnold again in a week.

Verse hasn’t taken that next step following a strong rookie campaign. I was expecting him to be Khalil Mack and he’s not.

We’ll see. Maybe his second half of the season will be more explosive.

His blocked extra point, I think, was a big momentum shifter today. It’s been a while since that has happened in the Rams’ favor!

Speaking of blocks, it would be nice to see some blocked passes. Do the d linemen jump? The Steelers just blocked two Herbert passes.
