What surprised me is how unstoppable this offense truly is since they went 13P.

You know, that ‘73 poster sure has been AWFULY quiet this season…. Now we see why. Sorry man, doesn’t get better than McVay.

by far best coach in the NFL, he does it all, he's the CEO, he's deeply involved in player personnel, he manages the team's culture, he's just awesome

He has a few blind spots but when you look at the whole package he's definitely the best coach in the NFL

Correct, Sean has two more games to go... Interesting part to me... the winning % in the 141 games.

McVay 87 wins / 54 losses with a 61.7 winning %
Robinson 74 wins / 67 losses with a 52.48 winning %

Sean is the greatest coach in RAMS history. Full stop.

Sean beats George Allen who had a much higher winning percentage (an astounding 72% with 49 wins / 17 losses ( and 4 ties), because at least Sean wins in the postseason. George went 0-2 in the playoffs.

To me, this would be my order (basically the Mount Rushmore of Rams coaches)

1. Sean McVay
2. George Allen
3. John Robinson

We literally have handed Sean some below to average talented teams, yet, he's been able time and time again to dig down and find the best out of each dude or they are gone. He turns careers around (see Baker Mayfield and about 30 other players).

Yes there is no draft capital possible to pry McVay away.

I would still put Reid over him, just based on total body of work.

But I rank McVay #2. And would never want him to leave.

He's the best. can't believe there were calls for his head 2 years ago or so.....

Remember all the top 5 picks we had pre- McVay? Translated into nada. Look at the Jets. They keep getting great picks, but have a shit organization without the right coach. Darnold is playing great. Geno was playing great. Just don't be a Jet. Even Rogers suffered there. I think the coach has so much to do with it all(duh). I remember that 1st game vs the Colts(I think?) that McVay had. Right after Fisher. We crushed them, and never looked back. It was night to day. I am thinkful for this guy, so no- no trade to Giants. Idiotic x 1000
