Absolute steal. He earned an extension and I'm excited that the Rams have rewarded him. If we can find another stud LB in the middle we are going to be a much better team. Dollar and Speights will make nice backups. Now we need to draft a young stud to go with Landman.

About as well deserved an extension as I've seen ..

From watching, and listening to him, he gives the impression of a blue collar player, a big kid at heart, and someone who is playing somewhere he loves, and while this extension is small in comparison, he just set up his kids for the rest of their life. Love it that hes a Ram.

This is a business. If his agents sucks, that’s on them. Still plenty of money considering he wasn’t even a starter to begin with. Plus, it’s the NFL, if he has a good season now and next, he’ll get extended by end of next season w even more.

And if it’s not enough, potentially means he could play even harder to make more. Which is a good thing for the Rams

Sometimes when a player is happy getting the maximum $ amount possible isn’t the priority. Especially when he has viewed the league from a different team……..

I thought his stats in Atlanta were very encouraging when we got him. Despite him being let go there. This is great news for that price tag. The compare to Jones shows it!

Players come here are typically happy. That’s the culture in the locker room. Meanwhile SF has Aiyuck situation. Landman is the definition of a guy who benefited from a better system to fit his skills and a team that appreciates his leadership. He’s happy got a raise and now an off seasons need checked off.

Win win and win.

It's all McVay. Players love playing for him and this team. Great culture.
