2 interceptions and 3 lost fumbles in a do or die match for Detroit
Yet some wise people on this board are still bitter and think detroit won that trade
Poor little Jared, it was not his fault you know, it was all Mc Vay that bum!
And you know I speak "The Truth"

love the sign name....yes it was a terrible game for Goff but he didn't do it all by himself. The OL was terrible, the one fumble was not his fault, and yes he played terrible no doubt

I like Goff, but at the end of the day he is simply not a winner... McVay saw that before most of us.

Who on this forum or in Ramsland actually thinks we lost the Stafford-Goff trade? There is no such person...lol

His hands are to small. How many times have you seen him throw a wounded duck that falls at a receivers feet? He wants to win and puts in the work but he just doesn't have the "it" factor...

Long windup. Lead feet. Hardly number 1 pick level attributes. First round talent sure, but first overall selection kind of a joke.

That’s the only real argument one can really make about that trade. To me, both teams won the trade. We got Staff and a chip, Lions got Goff, and…
S Ifeatu Melifonwu
RB Jahmyr Gibbs
WR Jameson Williams
DE Josh Paschal
TE Sam LaPorta
DT Brodric Martin
And yet…, all that talent and Lions didn’t even make the playoffs this year. While Rams were first to lock up a playoff spot and have a legit chance to pick up a second chip, w Stafford.
But to me, it’s ALL about the Lombardi. So, we absolutely won the trade.

No argument from me.
If I was McSnead, and given the chance, i would do the trade all over again, without hesitation.

In hindsight I'll bet the Lions would want more now then we gave them then...

Absolutely.
Rams changed dramatically after the trade and have never looked back. Stafford is a leader. He demands better playing w the guys around him. Has incredibly good football smarts.
Goff is good, solid above average QB. But i have no hesitation or trepidation stating that I would choose Stafford when the games are on the line every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
I think we’ve seen enough of Goff when games are on the line.

No she doesn’t, but it’s not the small hands Jack.. it’s called a $212M contract. At that salary, he could have no hands.
I don’t want to sound mean here, but give me a break… NO way a dude who looks like that is locking down that relationship w out at least $150M in the bank. You know this.

Antigoof isn’t Hellram. He was already around back when Hellram was here.
Honestly, I’m relieved that chapter is over — otherwise we’d probably still be reading posts in every single thread explaining how nothing that goes wrong in Detroit is ever Goff’s fault, and how nothing that goes right with the Rams has anything to do with Stafford.
Stafford won a Super Bowl the moment he arrived and is now playing at an MVP level, yet somehow the same old Goff narratives kept popping up over and over. At some point, reality has a way of catching up with the narrative.

Ever since this so called HellRam is not here anymore. Goff is all people talk about here I reckon. Maybe he's not the reason Goff was brought up all the time?

I find it pretty crass when people associate posters with those banned. Really dislike when people try and suppress opinions.
I think Detroit found their perfect match quarterback. Neither of them are winners.

The trade was mainly for the draft picks and Goff was supposed to be the bridge QB with the possibility to become the permanent starter. The trade worked out for both sides. Probably better for us but at the time it was very steep.

Suppression? Hmmmm-k.
What’s really crass is when some posters have really weird takes and twist things. Best is when they pick every hill then die on it too. No one is suppressing anything and we all miss Hellram.
But the best part is, Helly never left

I try not to respond when I see it (as I said its crass and immature) but when you openly discredit a poster to me that's an attempt at suppression especially as one has the power to align the Ra Ra's against them (as seen above). It then fills the board with nonsense and dilutes the Rams discussion and eventually it will kill the forum like it did on ClanRam (was a great forum at one point). I actually also think this caused a number of posters to "lose it" and get themselves banned - I for one did not necessarily like Hellram but i did like the debate he brought to the forum. same with Safety - don't have to agree with them but great for a debate.
Lets give people a chance to have an opinion without calling them out shall we. We may even get some of these lurkers posting. I for one would welcome new posters, opinions and views to keep this forum interesting.

Let's agree to disagree bro. Safety isn't and has never been a good poster. I've been posting here for 5+ years, he always antagonizes the fan base. But nobody's allowed to say anything because yall want to control and police the board. Idc tho. Hes a shitty poster and always has been.
