No one has a guard as good as Dotson as depth. Dedrich is a good backup. Anytime a player like Dotson is out, his replacement is going to be a downgrade.

With that said, Rams do need a good swing tackle in free agency or draft. Dj Humphries is horrible.

On offense keep it simple.
Play 13p at least 50 percent of the time, don't turnover the ball, block, limit penalties, receivers need to catch the ball when thrown to them and establish the run. Unfortunately you might have to throw on 3rd and short, but it's been that way all season and the Rams still had the highest scoring offense in the NFL.

Special Teams, I'm worried as always. They just need to execute but for some reason that's been hard to do. I have seen improvement since the Chase boot.

Defense cannot allow Carolina to isolate our CBs in single coverage, while multiple other defenders are covering grass (which they successfully did repeatedly the first time they played). I believe having Q back wearing the green dot, making defensive adjustments when needed, will help with that. Rams must stop the run, healthy Pooh is a plus (he was a part timer due to injury the 1st time they played). Rams must generate pressure even if it means sending more guys.

This game can quickly turn into the wildcard game vs the cards, the Rams SB year if they execute.

Its the NFL. For every position a starter goes down, a huge hole is created, regardless of position.

As long as AJ is good to go the Rams will be ok. Humphries is the guy that sabotaged the Atlanta game not the interior guys
