Omar Speights has about two game left before Dolec takes his spot.
Has anyone heard his name called today?

Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
Rams made their mistakes but this game was horribly ref.
The refs were so one sided. Ref Craig Wrolstad is the worst when it comes to the Rams.
Why wasnt any holds called on their OL?

Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
What a win! Only thing to dislike was the flag party. Other than that, a lot to like about this team. Especially the defense. They played like a top 5-10 unit. Once this offense gets going, watch out. If we can go 2-1 by the time we play the Eagles, I can see us winning the Division again. Its still early tho. But a lot to like.

Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
Going to get it out of the way. NFL continues to have a big problem with the refs controlling these games. Problem is they continue to not care. 18 penalties………
This D is going to be really good. Similar to the one year Staley was DC……..
Landman impressive the entire game……….
Stafford looked fine. Glad he took a few hits…….
Adams n Nacua damn good 1/2…….
Limmer was awfully valuable today wouldn’t you say……..
Hell of a call by McVay on that last drive on 3rd down. Bleep poor play series after the first INT……..
Good win. Houston is a good team.

Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
Of course, I was just taking the opportunity to take another shot at CeeDee and the Cowboys.
CeeDee choked vs the eagles in the clutch, Thursday.
Puka came through in the clutch, today. Thats why Puka is no CeeDee

Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
He showed why he's an Elite Receiver. I think once this Nucua-Adams duo gets going, we're going to get better. I still wanna see what T-Ferg and Hunter can do. But so far? I like what I've seen in just the first game.

Agreed. I saw at least 5 plays where there were blatant holds and they didn't call it.fan since 65 wrote: ↑September 7th, 2025, 4:15 pm the battered Texans' OL has been holding the whole fricking game...

I’ll also add, our WR 4 and 5 came up big today, too….didn’t hear much from Tutu at all today .. which is puzzling since he’s WR 3, had just one catch for 4 yards.
For whatever reason, Stafford just doesn’t use him much

Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
I was going to be pissed if we called another run play at the end. Even my wife said they need to get a 1st and not worry about the last time out. I was screaming at the TV to have play action pass. Almost made up for the run call on 3rd and 11.NorCal RF wrote: ↑September 7th, 2025, 4:29 pm Going to get it out of the way. NFL continues to have a big problem with the refs controlling these games. Re: Texans @ Rams Game Thread
From what I saw he was targeted once n caught it as in Atwell. I know in the first half he had his guy beat deep but we know who got the ball underneath……..DelMar wrote: ↑September 7th, 2025, 4:38 pmGood post. 100% right on.NorCal RF wrote: ↑September 7th, 2025, 4:29 pm Going to get it out of the way. I was pleased with #9 though……..

It was a great play call. You can make that call when your D is playing as well as they were………Bulldawg wrote: ↑September 7th, 2025, 4:40 pmI was going to be pissed if we called another run play at the end. Can’t believe you picked Colts over Miami! I did not see Miami being the worst team in the league. Which they are now. Apparently they went first pic. Good job…Rampager66 wrote: ↑September 7th, 2025, 4:20 pmI'm 14-0 in the pool so far today... I have the Bills tonight and the Bears tomorrow.
