Re: What a disgrace
How is this always happening? Are Rams fans selling their season tickets on eBay or something? This is a continuing problem.

I am getting sick of this, red wave every year from these tard Niner fans. You know there would never be a blue wave at that craphole of a stadium up there.

Re: What a disgrace
If LA fans don’t support the Rams after 10 years and lot of success, they never will. So much Red in that stadium. Embarrassing that Stafford had to go silent count in his own stadium.
This would never happen at a Dodgers, Lakers, Kings, even Clippers game.

Re: What a disgrace
I wrote a thread about this the other day before being attacked by the board Oracle.
If you look at last weeks game, there was plenty of blue in the stands and it felt like we had turned a corner but then this. So I think its more than just no LA fans turning up, it feel to me that somehow the 49er fans are jumping the queue for tickets. Either LA rams leave it last minute to purchase tickets or 49er fans jump in very early to purchase tickets or both ofcourse.

Re: What a disgrace
Not sure what can be done but I know when i tried to get a ticket for a football/soccer game in Cologne a few years back, I had to pay a high price as there were only a small % of tickets allocated to other team supporters/general public.
If i recall, people paid to be members and that gave them access to first dib tickets i.e. wasn't season ticket holders as such.
I think you are right Woody, 49ers are jumping in buying tickets over the last minute LA crowd.

Re: What a disgrace
I believe you're absolutely correct. Win or lose, they're out to embarrass the players, and city, and to shove that "who's house" BS right up their ass.
How about taking that slogan, and the uniforms, and shit-can both.
And yes, there was a lot of blue in the stadium last week. Was that maybe because they were playing the Colts?
That nonsense never happened in Stl. Not until Stan gave the directive to Fisher to intentionally crash the team into the side of the mountain to justify his plan to move back to L.A.

I and MANY others traveled St Louis multiple times ... and all the way from Orange County and LOVED it (was a group of us). Especially when it was cold in SL, going into that warm dome and tons of fellow Rams fans was extremely enjoyable. Not sure how many times this needs to be explained to people, but there are multiple reasons 9er fans overtake Sofi. So let’s beat the horse again shall we…(try not to be so sensitive this time DVA, we don’t need the whining on here from you).
1. Almost 80% of season ticket holders are held by 3rd party brokers (that want to sell to the highest bidders for a profit)
2. LA not having a football team for over 20 years lost a generation of fans. Which LA for different reasons created a large base of Cowboy and 9er fans during this time. LA is the second largest market of Niners fans (behind Dallas). Infact, Los Angeles county is prob the most diverse county of NFL fans in the nation.
3. Rams pissed off a lot of old school fans (my generation) the way they left to St Louis. I have many friends that refuse to give the Rams a dollar because of it. (Which is lame imo)
4. The niners also use this opportunity to troll us. No doubt... when you have ONE game a year to go to and if you live in So Cal, these niner fans are obviously going to outbid local Ram fans w these brokers. I have two friends that are fair-weather Ram fans, they sell most of all their games online... they told me that on occasion, selling their 49er @ Rams tickets to the open market, will almost pay for their the entire season ticket price.
So when you have all of these things combined... you get a disgusting sea of red. Absolute embarrassment. Look, I hate the site of red in our own home. Sucks, hence why it gets tiresome discussing it every year on here. LA and Rams fans SUCK. Every year it’s the same damn thing. Blah blah blah
Oh and BTW DVA, I hope you are doing really well my new friend and life is treating you well. Heading to the zoo now w the kids, def going to stop and take a look at the Rhino's.

But emotional outburst from the Oracle aside, I doubt the front office shares your view of just letting it slide because its not a fun topic to you. Sorry but that is just immature. Its simply not acceptable to have a sea of red in your own stadium and no Ram fan should just shrug their shoulders and say meh.

Greatest game back in St Louis was a game we actually lost… but damn good game…MNF game (was the season after we won the chip in ‘99). Even though we lost that game and went 14-2 that season… it was a hell of a game against Tampa. Rematch of ‘99-00 NFC CHIP

Re: What a disgrace
The Niners at RAMS game should be the biggest game of the year for RAMS fans especially with all of the Niners fans in attendance. What is better than Niners fans spending all that money to travel and attend the game only to be sent home with a loss? But when you come out flat, uninspired, out-played and out-coached by a team that's missing a bunch of players, well...you end up getting beaten and trolled.

Our team flat out never should have played there. That fan base though was incredible and supported the hell out of this team. And oh by the way they were screwed by an owner and lost their team but it didn’t matter. Once they got the NFL back they made damn sure to get behind them 100% n pack that dome week after week season after season………

seriously though, grow up and be a man and stop the crying and your pathetic school yard approval games.
Hope you were able to say hi to your friends the hyenas at the zoo yesterday.
Back to the topic, its really worrying how fans have conceded that another fan base raids your house is acceptable.

Re: What a disgrace
I think there is at least one variable that would change your assessment. WINNING! And have at least one player start dating a pop star. Have you noticed how many non NFL fans like the chiefs. Again people of all colors and backgrounds will gravitate towards a team that wins.duanevalle22 wrote: ↑October 6th, 2025, 7:43 amThe Rams just don't have the cultural dynamic like the Dodgers, Lakers and Clippers have, and probably never will, unless the Rams have a Fernando Valenzuela episode.
I know some of you are gonna get bent out of shape about me saying this, but when the Rams moved to Anaheim they basically gave the middle finger to Black and Latino folks in South Central and the general neighborhoods near the Coliseum, and they all became Raider Fans and to this day are still Raider Fans. Let's be real about Anaheim, the white folks barely gave a damn about the Angels during that time and they showed they didn't give one damn about the Rams.
So when the Rams and Raiders disappeared it opened the door for the 49ers, and if you haven't learned by now once Blacks, Latinos and Asians follow a team they stay true to it. That is why most LA based 49er fans are still Dodgers, Lakers and Clipper fans, because they feel culturally accepted by these teams.
This is why the Dodgers will always be the team, it's because their dynamic speaks to many cultures, and the fan loyalty is impenetrable.... Very Very similar to the Swifties. lol

Sorry man, I cant let this one slide...as this is just an ignorant statement and factually not true. To even say that it was race issues is unreal.
Teams will go where they will make the most money, period. End of story. I mean, why are the Rams just a few minutes back to where the Coliseum was, now? So your race theory is just not good. So let's not throw the Rams under the bus for this... if you want to throw anyone under the bus, first in line is the wicked witch of the south, Georgia. Now that was some shady crap w her and the move to St Louis
The Rams moved to Anaheim because the Coliseum seats almost a 100k people. If you look at the attendance records their last 7 seasons or so, they only filled half the stadium IF they were lucky. And the worse part is, it was during this same time period as the Rams were on fire... making the playoffs and even the SB... yet couldnt sell games out. (see screen shot below)
Compounding those issues mentioned above, the stadium was simply not suitable for what the Rams wanted as well. Rams wanted a more updated stadium, as the Coliseum was quickly falling behind.
Also, OC, Inland Empire and Temecula areas were exploding in population. And if you look at the Inland Empire and Riverside County, white people are the minority, even in the 1970's.
Just like the Rams issues w the city, Al Davis took the risk and moved the Raiders there in 1982 with assurances that a NEW stadium would be built. And just like the Rams, the deal never happened so Al moved the team back to Oakland in 1995.
Nobody else in the ENITRE NFL, for 20 years could come up with a credible plan for a stadium in the 2nd largest market IN the Country... until our man, Stan bought up all the land in Inglewood and decided to do it himself.
In fact, it was such a hot idea by Stan, The Chargers wanted LA even more, but had no money to build... so, NFL decided to give LA to BOTH teams (and on Stan's dime)

Culture vs Race?
It's about turning the MOST profit WHEREVER that is...
But hey, let's turn the Rams move into a race or culture thing now... SMFH

Re: What a disgrace
Hes starting to piss me off with his dumbass takes and when called out on his bullshit he plays the victim role like woman. I don't like him. He doesn't contribute to anything but continually adds his unneeded bullshit. Re: What a disgrace
You keep getting called out but yet, you keep being an attention seeking asshole. What do you get out of being an attention seeking asshole? You contribute nothing but garbage takes. So why stay here?duanevalle22 wrote: ↑October 6th, 2025, 11:02 am Just imagine this for a moment: Without causing your hair to fall out.
The Rams land an Jalisco born QB that tears it up his rookie season and compliments it with a Japanese or Chinese born field goal kicker that knocks down 60-70 yard field goals all day long..... We would never see a SoFi takeover from the visiting teams ever again.
It would be like a Fernando / Shohei mania all over again but at SoFi stadium.
Ya maybe unlikely, but who would have ever thought a young man from Etchohuaquila would take the MLB by storm.... I certainly didn't.

Re: What a disgrace
D22 and Delmar I appreciate both your takes. Not living in LA it is like getting and insiders perspective. I just followed the Rams and never really payed attention to the deeper issues like ownership, fan base, and stadium issues. Thanks for the history.DelMar wrote: ↑October 6th, 2025, 10:04 amduanevalle22 wrote: ↑October 6th, 2025, 7:43 am
The Rams just don't have the cultural dynamic like the Dodgers, Lakers and Clippers have, and probably never will, unless the Rams have a Fernando Valenzuela episode.
Very Very similar to the Swifties. lol
