Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
Bottom post of the previous page:
Maybe a Team that has a certain player targeted that they're worried someone else is about to take will want the pick bad enough to swap us out for their 2027 1st rounder and we also get a 2nd and something else with it. AFAIC you'd almost want a 2nd and a 3rd if we're dealing with a solid team that will contend and their pick next year will probably be bottom 5. Another thought was that maybe they could spend the pick or picks on an established DB or DB's, via trade, if they can't find any viable FA's. We got lotsa cap space too, so we don't necessarily have to fill our needs just via the draft! Please Login or Become a VIP Member to Remove Advertisment

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
Tampa winning helped us. If Atl wins tomorrow they’d have a better slot selection over Tampa based on weaker SOS. Carolina would be the WC.
I believe this pick will be either 10 or 12/13 depending on Dallas game

I fully expect Snead to do some wheeling and dealing with those 2 first rounders....and I could see a package to move up, just not sure who they are in love with at the moment

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
Well today is really turning out poorly for that Atlanta pick. Good thing it's the last game of the season or that pick could eventually turn out to be around #25.

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
yea there has been a bunch of teams winning games in ways they had no business winning and the Rams not taking care of business last week that dropped this pick at least 5 picks.

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
There’s 12 teams that are for sure going to finish worse than 8-9.
There could be as many as 6 teams finish exactly 8-9. Are we sure Atlanta would be the top of that group as far as draft?

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
Atl was 9 and won 4 straight. To wind up 13 is decent. Their strength of schedule was weak so they helped. Everyone would have taken 13.

With the 13th pick in the 2026 NFL Draft the Los Angeles Rams select...a tight end.

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
come on GR the last thing we need is another RB. you can always get one later in the draft if need be. These guys need to hit it out of the park with their 2 #1's IMOGlendoraRam wrote: ↑January 4th, 2026, 7:14 pm I would not mind a RB.. he must be 230lbs and 4.3 40 guy

Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
I was sort of kidding. We have three clones for backs and none of them can move the pile or take it to the house from 50 yards out. Re: Falcon's Draft Pick Watch
Don't laugh - Sadiq is a stud and I can see Rams taking him.
After some thought I realize that when we traded for that draft pick, I figured it would be around pick 16. So I really can't complain about 13.
I'll be interested to see how many top QB'S come out.
