Eagles are fully healthy and rested and the 49ers are extremely beat up.timlan205789 wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 4:51 pm I think the Whiners beat the Eagles. Plausible that Packers beat the Bears. I’ll take the home game against the Whiners. Sure Sofi will be decked out in red and gold and Stafford will have to use a silent count but we’re in familiar confines, if not friendly confines against the Whiners.
Packers could certainly beat the Bears tonight though
The Whiners surged when many wrote them off. They are a tough team who very well could have been the number one seed. The Eagles have looked vulnerable at times. So just a hunch I have.

Sad when you’re worried about your defense so much so, if the opposing team had 47 seconds to come back, we’re all still VERY concerned.Jacksnow wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 5:18 pmYou know I thought the same thing. No one in here is being honest if they thought the game was over after Parks TD catch, even with 47 second left for Carolina, it was pins and needles

I think we were all giving our TV screens the stink-eye...just waiting to see how the Rams might screw this up.

When he brought the linebackers up, I was overjoyed. Young really struggles under pressure… and that’s exactly what happened. Shula did right. Kudos to Shula… maybe he just won the HC job in Tenn w thatCornell29 wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 5:22 pmYeah I was still worried. Rams D is that bad.DelMar wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 5:21 pm

What a bunch of Jackwagons! Just go flush your opinions in toilet you guys are terrible fans.
I find it interesting 31 targets for Puka and Adams 15 catches
All others 11 targets 9 catches and two of the three TD's
Hey Staff .. MAYBE a few more looks AWAY from your Linus blanket

Golden does this mean the Adams and Puca had no reception 50% of balls thrown to them? All others actually had better percentage of completions.

Re: Rams @ Panthers WC Game Thread
Precisely .. Puka 18 targets 10 catches 1 TD, Adams 13 targets 5 catches 0 TD 183 yards
Everyone else combined 11/9 2 TD, also 131 yards
Don't get me wrong, Puka has been ridiculous this year and Adams is probably a tad rusty and was money in the EZ this season, but everyone knows that's where they are going

Adams does have issues with his drops.
It is overlooked because of his red zone catches.

Re: Rams @ Panthers WC Game Thread
Thank you. I'm giving some benefit of the doubt today due to deck apes having to chip the rust off his deck .. but maybe a reason why NOT to throw *13* passes his direction. This may also be one of, if not THE worst target conversion game by Puka ever. However .. everyone and their extended family, their friends and colleagues ALL know that every possible ball is headed in his directionGlendoraRam wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 5:53 pm Adams does have issues with his drops.

Re: Rams @ Panthers WC Game Thread
There was actually only 38 seconds left and they spent 6 seconds during the KR which left 32 seconds and they were on their own 28 with 3 TO's.DelMar wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 5:21 pmSad when you’re worried about your defense so much so, if the opposing team had 47 seconds to come back, we’re all still VERY concerned.

But you are absolutely correct, the butt checks were still schrinched up til 4th down incompletion......
Defense should almost be indicted for crimes against humanity sometimes.. what they do to ones ticker...

I told Lake coming back wouldn't matter. Dotson makes a difference for sure . But Lake can't save this sorry ass secondary , he sucked today too BTW . Only one good thing he did was to almost catch a pick . IT bounced into durant's hands.

Lake is not in game shape. Not an excuse, he may suck. But you saw him chasing a step or two behind carolina receivers.brasilrams wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 7:38 pmI told Lake coming back wouldn't matter. Dotson makes a difference for sure . Re: Rams @ Panthers WC Game Thread
I am trying to , but it is hard with this secondary lol . One a positive note , I think the pass rush improved again , Young was under pressure a LOT and they were also hitting him tons of times .Cornell29 wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 7:51 pmHave faithbrasilrams wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 7:38 pm

Re: Rams @ Panthers WC Game Thread
I was also pointing out to everyone who was hoping Lake would help that he was going to be really rusty for a couple of games. That’s why I wasn’t expecting him to make much of a difference for the secondary, especially in the first few games.Jacksnow wrote: ↑January 10th, 2026, 8:13 pmLake is not in game shape. The secondary still sucks — we all know that — but I do think that today they at least weren’t ‘covering grass.’ There weren’t many blown coverages, which is something.
