Re: Injury update
That’s good news regarding Witherspoon. I don’t ever want to see him on the field playing for us ever again!

Stafford finger is an issue...but there are some on this forum praying he gets sidelined because he stinks....SMH. I know he will muscle thru it.

Re: Injury update
What ever happened to our boy Kendricks? I know he had a lot of PI’s but at least he was close enough to his man to commit PI. Some of these receivers don’t have DB near them.

Stafford is as tough as they come. Why some want Jimmy G to play, I do not know? Niners fans maybe?

Lol y'all love that man too much I swear. He played like shit until the last couple of minutes. It's ok to bring that up. No use burying your heads in the sand every time someone says some mean words about your daddy. Doesn't mean we're Niners fans. I'm a realist. With this secondary, we ain't beating Elite Offenses. But I'll admit when im wrong. But history is on my side.

You do realize why his play went down midway thru the game? You have heard about he hit a rather important ball rotation finger on his throwing hand on a dudes helmet. You did hear this right? But hell that means nothing. You did see his completion stats before he did that last Saturday n after he hit his hand right? But again means nothing right?……….
And even with all that the offense under Stafford scored 34 points and he put together that last drive with the season on the line………
Every fan base in the league wishes their QB played at that level of “shit”………

I can read. I'm pro-worker 100% and always will be. I'm all about the player getting the maximum amount of money for the less work possible. At this point in time, y'all don't get along with me for pointing things out and the feeling is definitely mutual. Sorry for being critical of a team I've been watching since I was 6. Re: Injury update
I think the important thing here he in the end he came through. I watched plenty of games this weekend for very good QB's struggled at times. I do agree he didn't play his best but he played well enough to win. Just think if you are a Philly fan what are you saying today about Hurts?FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 1:09 pmLol y'all love that man too much I swear. But your comments here in this thread are ridiculous sorry. I’m 100% in agreement with you if you want to talk in the same manner about Witherspoon, Durant, Forbes…….. But the MVP of the league who has done what he has done this year and was a little off after he injured his throwing hand? Sorry nope you can call it “honest” but where I stand it’s the definition of inaccurate……..

If you were being HONEST, you would not have said "He played like shit until the last couple of minutes". That is EXACTLY our point. He was 8 for 9 in his first 8 passes, with 1 TD and a passing TD to Puka which counted as a run. We agree the middle of the game he didn't play well, injury or not his completion ration sucked. Nothing wrong with saying that at all...but you get harrassed because your facts suck.

The secondary sucks. We need a complete overhaul of the secondary. We need OL help, big, Physical CBs and need to get more physical up front on both lines. I'll always be a defense first guy. Which is why I talk so much garbage. It's the lack of passion I hate seeing.NorCal RF wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 1:50 pmFelix I have already told you before I have no issues with you……….FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 1:36 pm

Re: Injury update
You're Wrong that Staff played like shit until the last couple minutes... he went 8 for 8 for 114 yards and a TD on our 1st 2 possessions which helped get us a 14-0 lead in the 2nd Q. He then jammed his now being treated finger on a helmet following thru on a throw and completed only 2 of his next 15 passes. He finished the game the way he started it, 12-15, 129 yards and 2 TD passes to win the game and cover for the D and ST's Once Again...FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 1:09 pmLol y'all love that man too much I swear. All im saying is we need more consistency. We all know we can play better. I've always shown Stafford props bro. I don't hate him. Y'all got me confused with Blizzy. I just want to see us play a clean game for four quarters. I know we can. But i think it's the personal on defense. We need to start getting more physical especially with the rise of the Hawks and the Niners. I mean they been to the Super Bowl twice with him. I doubt any Eagles fans are wanting to dump him or dump the style they play with. I think Philly is gonna change their OC given the money invested on that side of the ball tho. Definitely gonna dump AJ Brownocram23 wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 1:45 pmI think the important thing here he in the end he came through. We're 13 -5 and into the 2nd round of the Playoffs because the Guy you don't think has been consistent enough who put up these Numbers:
4707 Passing Yards, 46 TD's and just 8 Int's
helped us overcome that Secondary and ST's most of the freaking year.
That's who you should be ripping on Bro AFAIC not Strafford... But I'll respect your opinion nonetheless..

Re: Injury update
Felix, come on man... it's you against the forum bud. Staff didnt have his best game, Correct... but remember, we didnt have our primary OL in place. Also, I swear, we had a lot of drops as well (Adams was off and even Puka dropped some easy catches, one was for 6 points), and yes, he (Matt) was off for some of the game ... but come on, things could be much worse, we could have a QB battle back there like Cleveland, and just try and pic the best of the worst...
you know me man, I say it how it is, no matter how unpopular... but lets look at this as a whole and how things could be much, much worse.
WE ARE STILL alive my brother!

Re: Injury update
As Demarco Farr said this morning Felix every team remaining in the playoffs is flawed. Sure it’s ok to want more consistency but there is a fine line between wanting more consistency and expecting perfection. Not saying you per se but some in here don’t understand this……FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 2:00 pmAll im saying is we need more consistency. We all know we can play better. And you know what all 32 teams in the league next year, including this one, will still be flawed………

Re: Injury update
There was no slow start last week. We never trailed until the 4th Q and the D and ST's took turns giving it up and the Bears took the lead, Staff immediately brought us right down for a TD to retake the lead and finally... get the win..FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 2:10 pmOf course it's the secondary bro. But I do know what you mean about the slow starts, it's been common but we have come back from virtually every slow start to take the lead or at least tie it. SF and Atlanta both had us 21-0.

You're right. It's my bad. It's been a interesting season. I'ma just stfu and enjoy the season. I guess I'm too damn critical of a team I love. My baseball Cardinals and Hockey Blues aren't doing shit lol. Snead and McVay has more than earned this. You know Del? Y'all are right and I'm too stubborn. We're winning the SB. IDC. We have the talent.DelMar wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 2:11 pm Felix, come on man... it's you against the forum bud.

I will say one thing tho. This team definitely doesn't lack heart. Size and physicality they do tho. We need to overhaul the secondary next year outside of 2K and Lake.Rampager66 wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 2:20 pmThere was no slow start last week. We never trailed until the 4th Q and the D and ST's took turns giving it up and the Bears took the lead, Staff immediately brought us right down for a TD to retake the lead and finally... get the win..FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 2:10 pm
Of course it's the secondary bro. Maybe it's just me, but I get tired of the slow starts.
But I do know what you mean about the slow starts, it's been common but we have come back from virtually every slow start to take the lead or at least tie it. SF and Atlanta both had us 21-0.

And….he threw the winning touchdown. The EndFelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑January 12th, 2026, 1:09 pmLol y'all love that man too much I swear. But history is on my side.![]()
