Which draft prospects are your favorites for the Rams?

Post by Ants »

I think mine are Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
and Quinshon Judkins, RB, OSU

I'm sure there are others I'd be happy with - one of the top 2 TE's might be nice.

Barron will not be there. I think Judkins will but RB is not a position we should draft in the 1st round. JMO

I will tell who is not Shedeur Sanders. At his expose they were applauding ten yard screen passes?

I briefly watched. His passes look rough. He lacks precision, many balls were missed by receivers running routes. And this was against an empty field. And what was up with the applause?

I'm still on the Campbell bandwagon. Have not heard that his surgery is going to be a problem. Don't think he'll make it to 26, but if he does, they need to get him. Problem solved at LB.

Quinshon Judkins would be a beast in this offense, but we seem to be pretty set at that position.

Warren, Campbell and Barron would be my top three choices. But I don’t if any of them will still be there.

I think our best bet is a small trade down and adding a second or early third. Then I would go best available ILB. CB, TE, OL

If Campbell or Walker isn’t available at 26 I would trade down. They’re more than ILB- they’re game wreckers who can complement our front 4. They can also line up at edge and replace Hoecht in the Cheetah package. I don’t expect any other special players to be available at 26. In the later rounds I like:

Demetrius Knight Jr.
Tai Felton ( just as good as any WR in the draft)
Ozzy Trapilo
Brashard Smith/ Jaydon Blue
Elijah Arroyo

There is a lot of talent in rounds 2-5

Agreed, the problematical issue obviously would be finding a trade partner who wanted to move up to #26 overall... ;) 8-)

Better get an OT to hedge our bets on the online [ I’m not sold]Be it left or be it right, just let it be an OT.

Trade down then grab an OT?
Nothing better than a Rams win, but a Niner loss comes pretty close.

In that case, I like McCord in the 4th.

I like Darien Porter in later rounds....CB for Iowa State. Elite physical traits, but needs coaching.
