Rams OTA’s – Emmanuel Forbes Development with the Rams

Post by GlendoraRam »

Emmanuel Forbes, the former first-round pick of the Washington Commanders, is carving out a promising path with the Los Angeles Rams as they prepare for the 2025 NFL season. After a challenging start to his career, Forbes’ development during the 2025 offseason, particularly during Organized Team Activities (OTAs), signals a potential breakout year. His integration into the Rams’ defensive scheme, physical tools, and coaching support are key factors in his growth, positioning him as a critical piece in addressing the team’s secondary concerns.

Great article. Never heard of him before. Could be a great find, or worst case just camp fodder. I have always said it takes 2-3 years for a CB to come around in this league. Will be someone to watch during preseason.

This would be a huge ++ if he can get to 1st round form and defend some passes. We need help there big time.

I have had high hopes for this pick up...the guy has wheels and the Rams tend to draft slower DB's for some reason....Forbes and Ramsey would help that dynamic ten fold

I didn't realize he has a rep as a willing and actually reliable tackler...refreshing

This is one of the guys I am looking forward to keeping an eye on this pre-season
