This place might be a tad bit busy this week for Europe...

Maybe change the name on the door to 'Soft Whiners'?

The American golfers are a bunch of losers. We haven't won in Europe since 1993 with teams on paper far superior to Europe except maybe one of those competitions maybe 2016?? We're 4-12 Since 1995. I watch the Ryder Cup but don't get emotionally invested in it anymore. I laugh at all the americans that get worked up for a competition that the players just don't have the same fire that the Euros have for this competition.

Well, you might be forgetting about the last group t'ing off. They wont hit the sticks until 8am, so give or take 4 1/2 hours... they finish at 12pm(ish). Then they take a lunch and rest break, then the afternoons last group tee's off at 1:13pm, so they actually won't be done till closer to 6. You see why now?

Days 1: Friday 26 September

Four foursome (alternate shot) matches

(Ryder Cup records in record)

7:10am ET (12:10pm BST): Bryson DeChambeau (2-3-1)/Justin Thomas (7-4-2) vs Jon Rahm (6-3-3)/Tyrrell Hatton (5-4-2)

7:26am ET (12:26pm BST): Scottie Scheffler (2-2-3)/Russell Henley (rookie) v Ludvig Aberg (2-2-0)/Matt Fitzpatrick (1-7-0)

7:42am ET (12:42pm BST): Collin Morikawa (4-3-1)/Harris English (1-2-0) v Rory McIlroy (16-13-4)/Tommy Fleetwood (7-3-2)

7:58am ET (12:58pm BST): Xander Schauffele (4-4-0)/Patrick Cantlay (5-2-1) v Bob MacIntyre (2-0-1)/Viktor Hovland (3-4-3)

Four fourball (better ball) matches in the afternoon: 12:25pm ET, 12:41pm ET, 12:57pm ET, 1:13pm.

Eros have dominated the foursomes, yanks need to turn that around this year

I don't like the Morikawa / English team...I think they get smoked and hopefully not seen again

Its strange that a continent with different countries, cultures and languages have more camaraderie than America.. but this has been my observation as well. Not sure why that is but lets see what happens this time around.

So far, you’ve nailed all the above! I thought for sure the Scheffler/Henley team would be better than this dumpster fire of a show currently.

while our guys are more worried about how much they are getting paid team Euro dreams about this. they grow up thinking about the Ryder Cup and beating the US. They all fly over together they hang out together while our team comes in separately.

The population of Europe doesn't matter when on paper we year in year out have by far the best golfers. Going into this competition we again have 7 out of the top 10 ranked golfers in the world. I'm just telling you the truth. Go back to 2012 when we choked away the Cup on our soil watching pathetic Jim Furyk gag under pressure so bad. I was done after that cup.

Now this morning we already lost the 1st 3 matches. I'm sorry they just want it way more than us. Proof is in the pudding.

Some players don't do well in that format. Tiger leaps to mind. Even when he was undisputedly the best in the world, he did not do well in those competitions. I think Phil had some issues as well. It's strange, but there it is

Yeah I get the feeling that although the sport was invented in Scotland, its not as important in Europe as it is here. Football/Soccer is completely dominating in Europe, then there is a huge collection of sports they play and watch there like Rugby, tennis, cycling etc etc. very different sports culture. I was in Turkey many many years ago and our supplier invited me to a Galatasaray match. Packed stadium and mayhem. Their following was nuts !
