Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
I think the difference is that with Flacco, they actually have a QB that can get the ball to Chase and Higgins. He may not be Burrow, but he's way better than the scrub he replaced. His issue will be when he inevitably throws 3 picks. Meanwhile, those top 2 receivers will make some hay while the sun shines

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
It was interesting watching two QB's that have combined age of a young 81, shine and put on a clinic.GoldenRam wrote: ↑October 16th, 2025, 10:13 pm I think the difference is that with Flacco, they actually have a QB that can get the ball to Chase and Higgins. Combined 51 for 81, 591 yards. 7 TD 2 INT.
Those are Matthew Stafford stats
Did you also notice Jalen Ramsey getting completely burned on at 3 three plays?

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
SF vs. ATL - we win either way but go ATL
PHL vs. MN - will tell us if Philly is indeed overrated
IND vs. LAC - great game, tough call, not telly who I picked but it's probably wrong anyway
TPA vs. DET - best game of the week, I think the Bucs injuries catch up to them against the Lions

Do you want to make the playoffs or maybe get a few higher spots in next years draft?
What if the division comes down to a tie break between us and the 49ers?.
For me, I rather make playoffs... so I hope ANY NFCW team loses every wkend.
I realize you may not be worried about them, but didnt we just lose to San Fran?.

I am very confident in the longrun the Niners won't be there at the endDelMar wrote: ↑October 17th, 2025, 9:04 am

Seattle is the team we need to worry about in the division imo!ocram23 wrote: ↑October 17th, 2025, 9:18 amI am very confident in the longrun the Niners won't be there at the endDelMar wrote: ↑October 17th, 2025, 9:04 am

Unless Shula can come up with better than playing a soft zone against dink and dunk Darnold.

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
With Warner out I agree but I want to start seeing some L's, especially against weaker teams on their last place schedule. McCaffrey will be going down anytime now.ocram23 wrote: ↑October 17th, 2025, 9:18 amI am very confident in the longrun the Niners won't be there at the endDelMar wrote: ↑October 17th, 2025, 9:04 am

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
Falcons
Even if the Falcons win, it doesnt mean tbe pick will be that much worse. Might only mean 1 or 2 spots in the draft vs a niners lost, which could be the difference between winning an losing the division this year.

Green Bay is struggling vs Cards without Murray. Green Bay has not performed up to the standard many thought they would after getting Parsons.

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
Oh look another game winning fg. Denver with a game winning fg, while the Rams had theirs blocked multiple times vs the eagles. Despite today win, I am not going to feel great about this team until the special teams are fixed. Special Teams almost gave up a punt return for a td today.
Mcvay needs to fire Chase or get him some vet coaching help.
There are 3 parts of the team. Im good with the offense and defense, my biggest concern is special teams. Special Teams already cost the rams 2 games and isn't improving.

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
Damn, that Denver game .. 19-0 through 3 quarters and then the Giants give up *33* points in the 4th to lose it. This is a VERY strange season, already +

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
The comeback happened for multiple reasons but one thing was clear.
Giants Special Teams failed while Denver Special Teams came through.

Game had both the future star franchise QB’s… I have a feeling Giants and Denver will be playoff teams by next season…

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
Denver had the same record as us and were also a WC last year. I think they're expected to get there this year too aren't they? Giants ain't making no playoffs losing games like that. 33 points in 1 Quarter. That's got to be a record!

Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
Denver - Giants game may have been the most exciting 4th quarter i ever saw.
Interesting side note. Last year I wanted Nix, this year I wanted Dart.
Next year I want Moore, so chalk it up that he'll be a stud!

Morris is a f idiot. 3rd and 1 he calls a toss. Then 4th and 1 he calls a pass. Wtf!! Turnover on downs and now the niners are about to kill the game!

Anyone who says the Niners aren’t a problem or fading… needs to stop.
Yes, Morris gave this game away. But Niners also fought hard and are our biggest threat. I’m actually more concerned w the Niners than Seattle.

You can’t be surprised, Right B?. It’s such a Morris move that I actually expected and was waiting for him to be, well… himself.brasilrams wrote: ↑October 19th, 2025, 7:54 pm Morris is a f idiot. 3rd and 1 he calls a toss. I agree the biggest threat to Rams is every team in NFC West. Even the Cardinals can not be taken for granted.DelMar wrote: ↑October 19th, 2025, 8:04 pmYou can’t be surprised, Right B?. Re: Week - 7 (Other Games)
Geeze Louise .. Trying to find the most points in one quarter by a single team is like finding HALF a needle in a haystack ..
According to SI it's 34 by the Bears against the lions
According to CBS Sports it's 36 by the Bears in 2013 and Saints in 2011
According to an AI source it's 40 by the Bears in 1940 as part of the 73-0 game
According to Sports Observation it's 41 on October 71945 2nd quarter by Green Bay against the Bears repeated in October 29 1950 3rd quarter by the Rams against the Bears again (If this one is true .. poor Bears)
Feel free to add to this list if you find something else
