Lisrening to Mcvay this week I grew grateful for there being someone in the public eye who genuinely embodies mental health and character virtues galore. His level of moral and psychological development brings oit the best in others. Caring, intelligent, humble and confident, he's what everyone can become. Contrast his way of bring with mosr cekebs and politicians and learn what goodness and authenticity are all about.
