Couple thoughts since we are at the end of the year:
1) knew not addressing the CB position in the draft was a mistake
2) stop all the runs up the middle
3) learn how to use screens more
4) Colby Parkinson’s is not athletic, use Ferguson more
5) where is fiddle and verse
6) controversial, but I would look at trade value next year for verse. I think this is the best he is and do it before the league finds out for maximum value
7) just once, can our special teams help with a score
8) why do we always play to our competition, good or bad
9) to the rest of the league: do not hire Shula for HC. See Raheem morris and Brandon Staley

If this is verse s ceiling. I totally agree with number 6

We started slow a few times this year and bounced back. We were actually losing at HT @ the Titans and ended up winning by 2 TD's.
