Mumfield & Smith ?
What is going on out there? Are they just trying to see how good they are? I am not sure why they are playing these guys when you have proven performers like Tutu and Whittington. I like what I see in see in Smith but potential does not win games.
I have not been this confused since they installed the Skrowronek package.

Re: Mumfield & Smith ?
I like smith- he's fast and he was one of the better Rams out there Monday. But I agree Tutu should be the #2 in there most of the time. This Tutu stuff has been beaten to death. He just doesn't get any balls thrown his way. Wish I had an answer. That play was PI late, so he did get behind the S when that was there only job. Whit I am not sure he can get separation. Especially when DA is out.

I know the answer Mcvay is a fucking weirdo, not playing him or not giving him targets doesn't make him a weirdo, he watches every practice he knows what guys he needs, but paying him $10 million and not playing him makes him a fucking weirdo

I think we have beaten the TuTu stick to death. for whatever reason Sean does not like him. He will not be there next year and I think Smith and Mum are the future along with maybe a new FA pickup in the offseason or a draft pick

This is as much about Whittington as it is Tutu. Whittington is a very tough matchup and I have no idea why he is not out there.

$10,000,000.
Thats all I am saying. You know what I am talking about.
Like OC stated, no need to beat the horse any longer

Re: Mumfield & Smith ?
With Adams out, my guess is they wanted to get a solid look a Mumpfeld ... I like Smith .. has speed and has shown some ability. Whittington seems to have regressed a bit, and may have done something to get into McV's doghouse, which we all know is typically near escape proof
Not a fan of Atwell, wish we had just cut him loose and been done with it. He may latch on somewhere ,, but this not DeSean Jackson here. If he was he'd be playing. We always tend to play guys we pick up ..ARob, OBJ, Jackson, Adams, Woods (remember, he weas nothing special till he got here and to this day has never seen 700 yards when NOT in a Rams uniform) Seems to a system of recency bias. We just got this guy, let's wear him out. Puka exemplified that as well. McV has ALWAYS liked shiny new toys
