Stafford has 12 more TD's than Maye with the same number of INT. Both are playoff teams. Not sure how you give it to Maye with 12 fewer TD's.

More team wins by the Patriots. MVP isn’t “best player”, it’s most valuable. And voters probably look at the Rams as a pretty good team even without Stafford. Take Maye off the Patriots and where are they?

Patriots have been 4-12 the last 2 seasons. This year 13-3 it’s def gonna play a factor.

This is a clear case of the mainstream media pushing a false narrative to generate interest and ratings and whatever else they are trying to do.

In what world is Stafford NOT the MVP? He leads in yards, TD's and QB rating. The 40-5 TD to int ratio is enough to win it right there but he also leads in those other categories and set a few NFL records. He broke Tom Brady's record of most TD's without throwing a pick and the Rams were the first team to clinch a playoff spot in the NFC. He might break another NFL record against Atlanta but we'll have to wait and see.

There really is no competition or mystery as to who the MVP is and it's our very own number 9.

Just a dumb move. EJ is one of the best coverage LBs in football. I like Nate but he isn't a complete LB like Jones and has been leaking oil as a run stopper lately.

It had to be something with EJ. Even the rest of the NFl didn't think much of him. All they are offered was a 6th. If the rest of the NFL knew that EJ would be this good. They would have been banging down the Rams door offering a 2nd at least.

No it doesn’t. Rams being a 5th or 6th seed and Pats a 1 or most likely 2 doesn’t help. Stafford didn’t played well against Carolina or Atl. Bottom line.

He was a free agent though at the end of the year. Most teams aren’t gonna trade any assets in that situation,

It’s was just supremely dumb by the Rams to take a 6th round pick when they would have gotten probably a supplemental 3rd for him signing with another team in free agency.

Because the Rams Offense has been what's carried them. They've covered for the other 2 phases almost all year. Would they have w/o Staff?
Maye and the Pats. I don't believe that's the case there. Their Offense has been good and he's been like fundamentally sound like Darnold, but the Pats have gotten better from their D and ST's.
