Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
Watching this Jets team… Year after year, suck after suck… you have to just get tired of it, poor fans…
was telling Upland it reminded me of 2005-2015 Rams… ‘The dark ages’. We had to take a decade, Jets fans have endured this for decades… almost 60 YEARS in fact …haven’t been much since Namath.
Browns and Jets… NFL two worst franchises, ever.

Can’t wait to see the NFL in possibly soccers most iconic stadium in Madrid. Never thought I would see that.

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
The Dolphins are garbage. They go for it on 4th and goal from the 1 and don't get it. They lose 2 yards so it's Redskins ball on their 3 with 1:45 left in Q 4. Dolphins have their 3 TO's still , Washington none. So Miami's D proceeds to let them run off chunk plays and then calls TO after each play, stopping the clock for the Redskins to March down for the winning FG. Luckily for them Matt Gay missed the 56 yarder so now they go to OT!

I just don’t understand the Chargers this year, down 28-3 in the 4th… to the Jags?.

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
Yeah there's 10:39 to go in the 4th Q, Jags up 35-6 on LAC and Hebert is 10-18, 81 yards and 1 INT.
Jags will definitely be going prevent and I predict Hebert will more than double his current numbers in the final 10 minutes.
Numbers that will be used as a bargaining tool for a Raise!

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
Wrong again. The Chargers ran out back up QB T Lance and went 4 and TO on downs..
So the Chargers have completely surrendered. they have 104 total yards today. The Jags D is on point.
They both will now have 4 losses so Jacksonville will now have the head to head tiebreaker on LAC!

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
Cards have 36 yards more offense but the 9ers lead by 12...
They had a 84 yard KO return to the Cards 1 to start the game
Penalties Cards 9-61 9ers 1-15

Yeah well, the 'Hawks had 164 more than the Rams and we won by 2. Unfortunately/fortunately yardage is not a payoutRampager66 wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 2:30 pm Cards have 36 yards more offense but the 9ers lead by 12...

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
Wow .. the Lions are being shut down completely by the Eagles and Campbell once again got silly with the fourth down calls. It could easily be 16-12 which would at least have given them a punchers chance

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
would drive me nuts if I was a Lions fan. Every time they give Gibbs the ball on the outside he goes off. Yet Campbell has only done it 3 times. Gibbs is a total stud but quit running him inside all the time. You need him in space that is where he is most dangerous.

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
There was some shady shit going on 9ers @ Cards. Zona had the ball for 8 1/2 more minutes, had almost 500 total yards and 207 more yards then SF on Offense but lost the TO battle 3-0 and the game by 19 points.
What stands out the most for me though is Penalties. SF had only 1 penalty all game for 15 yards. Zona 17 penalties for 130 yards.
Too 1 sided for the NFL AFAIC. Anyone ever remember the 9ers being on the wrong end of that BS?

Sports betting has always been around, it only looks bigger right now w all the arrest and the people involved... but imo, there are TWO things that are destroying sports in general.. just how legal and how in our face sports betting is now, w all these apps and how kids can bet their college money AND ALSO, NIL for college sports. $7M for Arch alone just to play college ball a year... he literally makes more in NIL than he would as a rookie the NFL, w the set rookies limits.
It's like the wild west and shows how money destroys so much. Total garbage.
IMO, we need more rules and checks and balances in place. Especially w NIL in college... it's a joke!

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
just for the record Arch does not make more money playing college. Cam Ward received a $32M signing bonus this year.....But I do agree with you on the betting angle and how easy it is. Look at baseball...no way in hell should you be allowed to bet on every single pitch.DelMar wrote: ↑November 17th, 2025, 12:09 pmbigklein wrote: ↑November 17th, 2025, 11:31 am

the penalty discrepancy in the NFL with some teams is completely out of control. start looking at the refs again

Re: WEEK 11 - Other Games
I meant per season OC... 2025 drafted at 1 spot in first round signed a max rookie deal for $43M, so you are correct about that, but I mean PER season, as that comes out to $7.82M. My bad for not stating per season my man, what I did NOT bring up w signing bonus.. my point was just to say salary per year.ocram23 wrote: ↑November 17th, 2025, 1:32 pmjust for the record Arch does not make more money playing college. you are correct but IMO you have to put the signing bonus in. no big deal. either way Manning for one is making way too much money for how good he actually isDelMar wrote: ↑November 17th, 2025, 2:29 pmI meant per season OC... 2025 drafted at 1 spot in first round signed a max rookie deal for $43M, so you are correct about that, but I mean PER season, as that comes out to $7.82M.
